TechGALA Japan 2026: BEYOND to Be Held in Nagoya
TechGALA Japan 2026: BEYOND, a global technology festival dedicated to shaping the future of our planet, will take place from Tuesday, December 15 to Thursday, December 17, 2026, in the Sakae and Tsurumai areas of Nagoya.
TechGALA is a global event that brings together startups, established companies, investors, researchers, government representatives, and other professionals from Japan and around the world. Participants gather to exchange ideas on innovative technologies and new approaches to society.
Through conferences, exhibitions, pitch contests, business meetings, and networking programs, the event creates opportunities for new connections and collaborations across industries and borders.
The theme of the third TechGALA is “BEYOND.”
The event aims to move beyond conventional frameworks and the boundaries of existing industries, establishing a new platform for collaboration that connects Aichi, Nagoya, and Hamamatsu with the rest of the world.
More Than 5,500 Participants Attended the Previous Event
The previous TechGALA, held in January 2026, welcomed more than 5,500 participants from 39 countries and regions.
With more than 140 sessions, over 250 exhibitors, and more than 1,050 business meetings, TechGALA has grown into one of Central Japan’s leading global innovation events.
In addition to the main programs held at the official venues, more than 120 side events took place throughout Nagoya.

TechGALA side events are independently planned and operated by participating companies, organizations, and individuals.

Held at various locations across Nagoya from early morning until late at night, these events help transform the entire city into part of the TechGALA experience.
